About the client

Repair Clinic is a physical therapy and rehabilitation centre in Cairo. Its patients range from people living with back and neck pain to athletes after an injury and adults regaining movement after surgery, and each of them arrives with the same question: will this actually help me?

The challenge

Physiotherapy is hard to sell with a single photo. Many people do not know what a session involves, how rehabilitation progresses or which condition calls for which treatment, so they postpone care. Repair Clinic needed social channels that teach as much as they promote, earn the trust of people in pain and turn that trust into booked assessments.

What we delivered

• A monthly content calendar mixing educational tips, treatment explainers and clinic updates
• Post and carousel designs showing exercises, posture advice and the stages of a recovery plan
• Reel designs and short videos that show what a session at the clinic looks like
• Daily community management, answering questions and directing people to book an assessment
• A consistent visual style across platforms in line with the clinic’s identity

The outcome

Repair Clinic’s pages now work like a friendly introduction to physiotherapy. Followers learn something useful from each post, recognise the clinic’s look in their feed and can ask a question or book without leaving the app. The centre presents itself as a knowledgeable, approachable place to recover.
