Dr. Seham Salem: Website Development + Online Booking case study

About the client

Dr. Seham Salem runs a chest clinic in Cairo, caring for patients whose respiratory and lung conditions affect how they breathe from one day to the next.

The challenge

When breathing becomes hard, patients and their families want two things fast: reassurance that help is close, and a quick way to secure an appointment. Some are managing a long-term condition, others are unsettled by a cough that will not go away, and for both a cluttered website or an engaged phone line is a real barrier. Seasonal flare-ups, when allergies and winter infections rise, only add to that urgency.

What we delivered

• A clear, calm website describing the chest conditions the clinic treats and the tests patients can expect
• An online booking system that lets patients request an appointment at any hour without phoning
• Large, legible text and simple navigation designed for older visitors and anyone reading on a phone
• A doctor profile, clinic hours, a location map and one-tap call and WhatsApp buttons
• Bilingual Arabic/English content with SEO basics so local searches for a chest doctor lead to the clinic

The outcome

Someone troubled by a persistent cough or shortness of breath can now find Dr. Seham Salem, understand what a visit involves and reserve a time in a few steps. The clinic presents itself as calm and accessible, which is exactly what a worried patient needs in that moment.
