About the client

Bassem Haddad Clinic, branded as Haddad Dental Clinic, is a private dental practice in Cairo led by Dr. Bassem Haddad and focused on everyday and specialist dental care for local families.

The challenge

Many people put off the dentist out of fear or uncertainty about what a treatment involves. For a private clinic, social media is often where a nervous patient first decides whether this is a place they would trust with their teeth. The clinic needed a steady, professional presence that explained procedures in plain words and made booking a first visit feel like a small, easy step rather than a big commitment.

What we delivered

Social media management with a monthly content calendar mixing treatment explainers, oral-care tips and clinic news
Post, carousel and reel designs in the Haddad Dental Clinic visual style
Community management: answering comments and messages and steering enquiries towards a booking
Targeted Meta ad campaigns aimed at people in Cairo looking for a dentist
Monthly reviews of which posts and ads bring enquiries, used to shape the next plan

The outcome

Haddad Dental Clinic now appears regularly with a calm, educational voice that answers common worries before patients have to ask. Followers can see what a visit involves, message the clinic directly, and walk in already familiar with the practice and the way it treats people.
