Cavalvet: Branding + Website Development + Digital Marketing + Social Media Management + ERP case study

About the client

Cavalvet is an export and import company headquartered in Cairo. Its name and horse-head emblem give it a strong, memorable character in a sector where many trading firms look interchangeable.

The challenge

A trading company answers to two audiences at once. Overseas buyers and suppliers judge it from a website and a company profile long before any call, while the internal team juggles orders, shipments and paperwork every day. Cavalvet needed to look established to international partners and, at the same time, move its daily operations out of scattered spreadsheets into one dependable system.

What we delivered

• A complete visual identity around the horse-head mark: logo, colour palette, typography and stationery
• A bilingual Arabic/English corporate website presenting the company, its trade activity and clear inquiry routes for buyers and suppliers
• Digital marketing campaigns on Google and Meta aimed at business audiences
• Social media management with a content calendar and designs that keep the brand consistent across channels
• A custom ERP covering orders, customers and suppliers, inventory, invoicing and management reports

The outcome

Cavalvet now meets partners with a coherent brand and a credible online presence, and its staff work from a single system instead of disconnected files. Every order can be followed from first inquiry to final invoice, and management has the reports it needs at hand. The company presents itself as exactly what overseas partners look for: an organised, reliable trading partner.
