About the client

Dr. Ahmed Hassan is a consultant cardiologist practising in Cairo, seeing patients who need specialist assessment and follow-up for heart conditions.

The challenge

Heart patients and their families usually arrive worried. They are looking for a specialist they can trust, and much of what they read online about chest pain, blood pressure or cardiac tests is confusing or frightening. Dr. Ahmed’s pages needed to reassure without alarming anyone, offer accurate, easy-to-follow information and keep the dignified, medical tone that suits a consultant, while still making the step to a consultation simple.

What we delivered

Social media management based on a monthly calendar of heart-health topics
Awareness posts and carousels on prevention, risk factors and when to see a cardiologist, checked with the doctor for accuracy
Reel designs that introduce the doctor and explain common heart tests in plain language
Community management: courteous replies to comments and messages, guiding people towards a consultation
A consistent visual style built around the doctor’s own Arabic identity

The outcome

Dr. Ahmed Hassan’s social presence now works as a trustworthy first point of contact. People can learn the basics of heart health from a qualified source, understand when a symptom deserves a specialist, and reach the clinic easily, arriving at their appointment better informed and more at ease.
