El Kalla Clinic: Website Development + Hospital Management System case study

About the client

El Kalla Clinic is a veterinary hospital in Cairo dedicated to horses. It treats patients brought in by private owners, stables and equestrian clubs, from routine examinations through to procedures and inpatient care.

The challenge

Equine medicine produces long, detailed case histories: lameness examinations, imaging, procedures, medication schedules and days spent in the hospital’s stalls. Keeping all of that on paper made follow-up hard, and owners had little way to learn about the hospital before picking up the phone. The clinic needed a professional public face and an internal system designed around a large-animal hospital, not a small pet practice.

What we delivered

• A website presenting the hospital’s equine services, facilities and veterinary team, with call and WhatsApp contact for owners and stable managers.
• A hospital management system holding a record for every horse: owner details, medical history, diagnostics and treatment notes.
• Scheduling for visits, procedures and follow-ups, together with tracking of hospitalised horses and their care plans.
• Invoicing and reports so the clinic reviews its caseload and billing in one place.

The outcome

El Kalla Clinic can now open any horse’s complete history at once, coordinate treatment across its team and bill owners accurately. Online, owners and stables find a hospital that explains its equine specialisation clearly and makes the first contact simple.
