One Oncology Center: Website Development + MazMed case study

About the client

One Oncology Center is a private clinic in Cairo dedicated to diagnosing and treating tumours. Many of the people who visit its website are anxious: patients who have just heard a difficult word from a doctor, and relatives trying to understand what comes next.

The challenge

For an oncology practice, tone matters as much as information. The centre needed an online presence that explains its services clearly without overwhelming visitors, introduces the medical team with warmth, and makes the first appointment easy to request. Behind the scenes, a treatment journey involves many visits, tests and follow-ups, so the clinic also needed one reliable place to manage schedules and patient files.

What we delivered

• A website with a calm visual tone, soft colours and plain-language pages for diagnosis and treatment services
• Doctor profiles that present each specialist’s background and focus
• Appointment requests and WhatsApp contact on every page, designed mobile-first
• MazMed set up for appointments, patient records and visit history across the treatment journey
• Invoicing and reports in MazMed so the administrative team sees the clinic’s activity in one place

The outcome

Patients and their families now meet a reassuring, well-organised centre the moment they search for it, and can reach the team without hunting for a phone number. Inside the clinic, staff keep each patient’s schedule and records together in MazMed.
