About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Brand team. You will be instrumental in translating marketing strategies into visually stunning and effective design materials across all channels, from digital campaigns to print collateral. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and a passion for upholding brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce creative assets for social media, website banners, email campaigns, and presentations.
- Develop creative concepts and visualizations from initial briefs, working closely with copywriters and marketing specialists.
- Ensure all visual output adheres strictly to brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency.
- Prepare print-ready files (e.g., brochures, packaging) and liaise with external vendors/printers.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Maintain the company's asset library, ensuring all design files are organized and accessible.
Requirements:
We're seeking a designer who is a team player and a technical expert.
- Previous professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Experience preparing files for both digital platforms (web optimization) and professional print production.
